Pure NM RED Chile Sauce Mix. Instantly and easily make a high quality RED Chile sauce. Just add water and blend, that's it. Mix is made with 100% natural New Mexico red Chile pods. The stems and tops of the Chiles have been removed as are the great majority of the seed. Some seed is left to enchance the vitamin content of the Red Chile. The rest of the mix is all pure NM Red Chile flakes. Controling the thickness of your sauce is easily done with more or less water, simple as that. 2.5oz. Use comments section for heat level. Mild, Medium, Hot, and Xhot.
