Big Jim Chiles are Thick meaty Chiles.  Medium heat.  Can be used for Rellenos or stuffed.

Frozen Whole Flame Roasted Chiles, packaged in convenient 1lb. Freezer Zip-Lock Bags.
These Chiles are packed with the roasted peels intact to insure full flavor and to protect the meat of the Chile from any freezer burn.
Peels slide off relatively easy when thawed.  NOTE:  Removing the veins of the Chile will decrease it's heat.  Seeds are heat-less but do provide vitamin D.

*Shipping is every Monday and Tuesday with deliverieson Wednesdays,Thursdays, and Fridays.
*ALASKA and HAWAII orders will be billed an ADDITIONAL $10.00
